It require you to unzip, after unziping to a folder on your phone, then follow step 2 and 4 below.

 How to Install PES 2016 ISO Version On Android Device
1. Download PES 2016 ISO Data from the link above 
2. Download and Install PPSSPP Gold from the above link
3. Move PES2016.iso that you downloaded to SDCard >> PSP >> GAME
4. Open PPSSPP Gold that you installed and Find Games, then tap PES2016
Now you can start Play the game, and enjoy!

    The emulator installed in my android phone was not able to locate the .iso file even if it's already in my SD card. Any advise on this?

      Ok, just look for the iso file location on the SD card using any file explorer , note the folder name. Then go back to PPSSPP Gold Emulator app , go to the same folder you located with file explorer. You should be able to see it there. If the same problem still persist kindly Uninstall the PPSSPP Gold Emulator and Installet it back then try it again. Kindly get back to us if any further questions.

      I've uninstalled and reinstalled the PPSSPP app but still can't able to find the .iso file even if I am in the same folder as to where I saved in the SD card. However, I downloaded a game in Homebrew & Demos and was able to play it. This is the file path /storage/emulated/0/PSP/Game. But I wasn't able to find this path both in my phone and in my desktop. Weird. Any help? Thanks.

      i think there is a residual creche on your phone prevent it, why not download clean master from play store, launch it and clean any residual file on your phone. that will do it.

      Don't quite understand what you mean by master screen, but if you having loading issue kindly Uninstall the psp gold Emulator and reinstall back. That should fix it.

      I'm glad you like it. The issue with crash is because your RAM is low kindly download clean master from playstore to clear unnecessary app eating up the ram, and also make sure you have enough memory space on your phone by just moving apps to SDCARD.

      Its a PES 2016 Iso version. All you need is to unzip it with any unzipping App then move the PES Iso to a folder on your phone, use the ppsspp Gold to located it. Enjoy!

      You need to know the folder you unzip it to on your phone, if you can't locate it, re unzip again in a specific folder then locate or you can as well unzip it using your PC then move it to any folder on your phone e.g "downloads Folder" etc.

      You need to free up some RAM on your phone, i will recommend you use clean master to free up.

    My game doesn't load to the second season, i freed up alot of space with clean master, reinstalled ppsspp gold. Still same problem. I use samsung s5. What could be the issue admin?

      There is no much different than the previous one you downloaded just player update. so i will suggest you keep the old one. There are three links which you can choose from just in case the other links is congested. ofcourse, we are on facebook. Like Our Facebook Page Here

      Sorry for late reply, the language options can be found on the ppsspp Gold settings, and also use the Clean master apps to clean and free up your device memory, to solve the crash issues.
