When Microsoft announced that the window 10 upgrade will be free for a year, lot of folks think there most be something catches but it turns out that they were not wrong after all. though some folks has decided not to upgrade, but if you already upgrade there are more ads coming your way.
Microsoft is planning to double the amount of promoted apps in the Start Menu in the coming anniversary update of window 10 which we roll out on July. Though the promoted apps usually comes pre-install on new PCs but Microsoft notes that it can be removed from the Start Menu and fully uninstall.
Microsoft has planned to double the amount of promoted app from normal 5 to 10 apps, though the company has not yet announced the reason why the promoted apps is doubling , but it seems Microsoft is using this techniques to attract developers to its window store. More than 300 million devices are now running on the new window 10.
